Frame-Tec
offers a broad range of profile systems, including various
extruded aluminum profile shapes with either cast aluminum
or nylon reinforced corner joints.
Several finishes are available including natural,
anodized or painted.
The
frame can be assembled using simple hand tools, with no
welding necessary. Joints are made using sheet metal screw
type fasteners, rivets, or high performance adhesives for
joint bonding. This method of assembly reduces labor
hours, and enhances product quality by improving housing
panel fit.
A
wide variety of accessories including airflow control
dampers, Plexiglas sight windows,
hinges, latches and other accessories are available from
our stock.
This
system was originally developed for use in the manufacture
of air conditioning units but presently is used also for
modular cleanrooms, acoustical & electrical
enclosures, portable air filtration or collection units,
storage & tool boxes, work stations and tables and
conveyor housings, and many other uses.
